Can I order Kabrita products here?

You can order all Kabrita products here in the official Kabrita webshop. Do you have any questions about our products? Contact us or visit our FAQ page.

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order immediately upon receipt of the order and payment. Depending on the location, your order will be delivered to you between 24 and 48 hours after the order was placed. We will send you a track & trace code when the order is shipped.

What methods of payment can I use?

SECURE PAYMENT AT KABRITA (an Ausnutria brand)

Secure and easy payment is very important at Kabrita. To facilitate this Kabrita works with Ingenico Financial Solutions, a leading Payment Service Provider. You can pay for your order directly online using various payment methods. All transactions take place via a secure SSL connection.

iDEAL

Do you use internet banking with Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank or another Dutch bank?
In that case, pay for your order in your own familiar internet banking environment via iDEAL.

Pay via iDEAL as follows:

  • Place the items in your shopping cart
  • Follow the steps in the checkout
  • Select payment via iDeal and choose your bank
  • You will be connected to the internet banking environment
  • Enter the required details and pay in the usual way
  • The amount will be immediately debited from your bank account
  • Kabrita will immediately receive confirmation that your payment has been approved
  • You will receive confirmation by e-mail and your order will be processed

PAYPAL

Payment is easy using your personal PayPal account. This works as follows:

  • Place the items in your shopping cart
  • Follow the steps in the checkout
  • Select payment via PayPal and choose your bank
  • You will be connected to PayPal
  • Enter the required details and pay in the usual way
  • The amount will be immediately debited from your PayPal account
  • Kabrita will immediately receive confirmation that your payment has been approved
  • You will receive confirmation by e-mail and your order will be processed

CREDIT CARDS

Do you use a credit card? Pay for your order directly online using your own credit card. Kabrita accepts Visa and Master Card.

Payment using a credit card:

  • Place the items in your shopping cart
  • Follow the steps in the checkout
  • Select payment via credit card
  • Enter the card number, expiry date, name of card holder and card verification code (CVC/CVV – the three or four digit number on the card)
  • Click on confirm payment
  • Kabrita will immediately receive confirmation that authorisation has been approved
  • You will receive confirmation by e-mail and your order will be processed
  • We will charge your credit card as soon as the order has been confirmed

BANK TRANSFER

You can also pay by bank transfer. Select 'Bank transfer' as the payment method during checkout. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. Please ensure you transfer the amount due to our bank account:

We will process your order within 48 hours after your payment has been received.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT METHODS

In Germany we also offer the local payment methods Giropay and Sofort Banking.
In Belgium we also offer the payment methods Bancontact/Mister Cash.
We also offer the most common payment methods in other markets we are active in.

How can I return an order or part of the order?

If you want to return an order or part of the order, please contact our customer service department. We will then send you a return form which can be used to return the package to us.

We will only process returns sent WITH a form.

I have tried to place an order but have not been successful. What should I do?

We are very sorry that you have been unable to place an order. Please contact our consumer service team. They will be happy to help you further.

I have a complaint about a Kabrita product. Who can I report my complaint to?

We are very sorry that you have a complaint and will do everything we can to help you. If you have a complaint, please always contact our consumer service team using the contact form.

Is my product covered by a guarantee?

Are extra costs charged on an order?

If you place an order at Kabrita for less than € 50, - we will charge shipping costs. These shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout of your order.
