Recipes: Homemade Baby Food Purees and Smoothies
High-Fiber Berry Blast Puree
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- ½ cup of apple
- 2 scoops of Kabrita Goat Milk Formula
- 1 squeeze of lemon to preserve the color
Puree in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency and pour into pouches. Pop into the fridge to use in the next two days.
Good Fats Puree With Blueberry & Pears
- 1 cup of pear chunks
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup of avocado
